Welcome to Winooski Family Center

Since the opening of the Winooski Family Center in July 1998, it has become a vital, one of a kind resource for the Winooski community. The Winooski Family Center is a unique collaboration between the Baird Center for Children and Families, the Winooski School District and the Winooski Housing Authority. The Family Center strives to and succeeds in fostering connections between Winooski families and various community programs; the overall result of which is children having a healthier start in life.

With each passing year, the Family Center continues to meet the fundamental goals of its mission while, at the same time, expanding upon its services in order to best meet the needs of an increasingly diverse population.
